Notes: More Riley kissage. Bear with me.
Riley's lips were on mine and his hands were moving all across my body. It
feels so soft, so very good. Warm hands are still somewhat of a shock to me. So's
the fact that I'm making out in a guy's car like I'm nothing special, like I'm just
an ordinary girl.
*Childhood living is easy to do
The things you wanted,
I bought them for you
Graceless lady, you know who I am
You know I can't let
you slide through my hands
Wild horses
Couldn't drag me away
Wild, wild
horses
Couldn't drag me away*
Oh, God. Not this song. I'm moving on, I'm
doing what he wanted me to, *why does the radio have to play this song?*
*I
watched you suffer a dull, aching pain
Now you decided to show me the same
No
sweeping exits or offstage lines
Can make me feel bitter or treat you unkind
Wild
horses
Couldn't drag me away
Wild, wild horses
Couldn't drag me away*
I
shove Riley away, my hand coming up to muffle my sobs. Riley sweetly tries to comfort
me but I only knock him away again. The tears fall that much harder.
I'm remembering
my prom. Angel was as gentle and tender as he always was, dancing with me. It was
perfect. Even the knowledge that he was leaving me couldn't mar that moment. It was
the essence of sweet, sweet love. The memory is killing me now, but then all I could
think was, 'Finally.'
*I know I dreamed you a sin and a lie
I have freedom
but I don't have much time
Faith has been broken, tears must be cried
Let's
do some living after we die*
Riley is asking me what's wrong, pulling me to
him, until I finally submite. God, why can't I just let it go? Angel is gone. He
walked away, decidinging giving up was better than staying for the long fight. I
have to choose between them. Riley is here. He's what I need.
*Wild horses
Couldn't
drag me away
Wild, wild horses
We'll ride them someday
Wild horses
Couldn't
drag me away
Wild, wild horses
We'll ride them someday....*
